Atlantic Chimney, Inc

is an owner operated company offering a wide variety of services for your chimney and masonry needs.  We have been serving  the greater South Shore area and Lower Cape Cod, Massachusetts since 1990.  Owners Bill O'Heir and Bob Martin are dedicated professionals with the safety of their customer's homes and possessions as their #1 priority.

Our Mission

Bill and Bob have one goal..."to make certain that each of our customers' chimneys properly vents the products of combustion from appliances inside the home to the outside atmosphere".  This goal is accomplished by offering three steps:

bullet    INSPECTION:  looking for any visual defects (video inspections are available)
bullet    SWEEPING: cleaning debris from a flue that could cause a chimney fire, or obstruct the flue gases from exiting     
bullet    PROBLEM SOLVING: we offer a solution for any problems 
    that are found

All of our work is in compliance with NFPA ( National Fire Protection Association) 211 standards for chimneys, fireplaces, vents, and solid fuel burning appliances.

Atlantic Chimney, Inc. is a member of the Massachusetts Chimney Sweep Guild, and the National Chimney Sweep Guild.  We are certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of America and carry State Home Improvement Contractor's #115525.

Atlantic Chimney, Inc. is fully insured with Workman's Compensation Insurance, Liability Insurance, and Business Vehicle Insurance.  Certificates are available upon request.
